There are two ranks as I already told. Adhyan or study creates internal and popularity creates external.
But I don’t know when it was interpreted in totally opposite way. Popularity for internal and Study for external. These are school kids. They have false consciousness. They get divided into two groups. One who Chase popularity and one who Chase study. But for wrong ranks. The reason is no self knowledge. A person who gets popular easily should learn Political science, Economics or Art or something. A person who easily gets numbers should study Environment, Astronomy, higher maths and deep philosophy or something.
Stuff which school teaches should then be a medium. How many students take Arts or Commerce.
Idea is to not use education system for selfish reason. But in India and everywhere else also maximum ones finds education useful for nothing else.
Before BJP or rather before 1990 there were no coaching or private college. Exams were fair. But then greed increased. The popular ones wanted to be more rich and studious one wanted to be more rich only. Reason was both were not getting any respect from each other. Affectively the two groups one consisting of dads moms and other of school going kids find there type of blah blah more respectable. They think the problem is out there.
There are two types of Vidya. But essentially both are Avidya only.
So two types of politics evolved like two types of religious sects Fundamentalist vs Artist. They were By the books constitutionalist and Not necessarily by the books Non constitutionalist. Democrats and Conservatives.
Sadly both in the wrong place. But I was talking about education system. From 1990 I think the conservative and democrat within everybody got sidelined to prefer only one. The only reason for such events is resource limitation, population growth but such seperation further aggravates the problem.
Result was downfall of education system. One in plain sight, one in cloaked form.
Nothing happens in isolation you see. One half cannot do shit. The Artist, Conservative, Non constitutionalist, Non studious more popular started giving education a lot of importance but the bookish education because that’s were money was. They made others study more to compensate for there short comings but it was just a manipulation tactics.
The Fundamentalist, Democrats, Constitutionalist, Studious less popular obviously gave the other things more importance but in clocked way.
This split was also seen in teachers. School teachers gave education importance but not so that students get more popular than them. Only so much that economy keeps running. They gave teaching not much importance. They all have Arts and exposure like clubs in their minds. So popularity for internal Rank.
Coaching gave popularity more importance to attract more crowd. In Kota the first day or the orientation day they showed the documentary on how IITians were revered around the world even though of the lakh students only 800 will get selected.
They teach everything but nobody learns for knowledge. All have popularity in their mind. Popularity through internal Rank.
It kept on worsening and with Youtube extended to all spheres of professions. But it kept the economy running though in worst possible way. The rich kept on becoming rich and poor becoming more poor so neither were happy. The reason was we ignored the Environment.
Or more precisely the self was ignored. There is no individuality I know but that’s why standing aside from crowd and it means aside and not in front of crowd becomes important. It doesn’t give you individuality in true sense because there you have no choice. We all are interconnected. But it gives you best role possible. That may be called non Egotistical Individualism.
Two person doing same thing in same way can never be friends. They are competitors. We developed sports for that but there also role reversed. It became substitute for non individualism at work. Share Market, SEO are same but still not so foolish but still foolish to think the forums and Youtube are there for advice. They are there just to make money. Only few can take advantage of them who knows this is not a support group.
We need to reimagine work place. (More thoughts later.)
Similarly YouTube teachers are not philanthropist. They know very well what competition is. So in a way they are over stressing the candidates with eligible skills.
News channels are not patriotic platforms. They are not (777 words till here) bombarding you with news of random events. They are only showing you your own picture. But since education is only their moto the main fund source is useless debates. Such debates only over stresses the viewer with real skills to understand the happenings of the world because he also have to listen to Non sense influencing people. That’s why I found it necessary to increase the number of viewers with such skills.
More if debate is the only thing the patriots is interested in.
He/We had to start from somewhere. It’s hard, very hard because we have to be non affective for both starting from anywhere.
Both are stupid. Start from a place which is more difficult for you affectively. Empathy doesn’t work in traditional way.
Most of the drugs doesn’t appear drugs at all. And the most common of it is attention. I don’t want attention but attention. Sadly YT and News both get the non expected kind of attention from different kind of viewers. For example I use to give news more attention and not Anchor. YT students gives teacher more attention than what’s he is teaching.
It’s like choosing a keyword/title and then writing/creating on the topic and writing/creating and then giving the keyword/title to the content dependent on Ads.
YT teaching is former and News is later. It would be better if it is opposite. News would do better if it has some knowledge of the future news that will be created. YT teaching would be better if it’s created on demand. That is what is missing. Something that is missing is explored by writing creating etc. It’s like this-

Google has killed blogging. Instead started new useless trend of vlogging like today I made palak paneer and hello friends chai pee lo or this is blah blah railway station. The traffic Estimate is more in mind. It results in producing more of the same thing.
I think it’s not Google’s fault. But digital marketers. The whole SEO industry is divided into two. Black hat and White hat. Same thing percolated there also. Two groups both interested in only money not because of greed but no respect from other group.
But White hat gets more respect from Google like YT teachers from the literate ones forgetting polarization is just reflection.
Teachers are not Teachers. A Teacher in minimal words is one who free you from your body as identity. Someone teaching about body like human biology or how to earn more for your body through Stocks etc is a teacher but not Teacher. Whom you call black hat or white hat is upto you. I like black but with silver lining. The other kind is a myth. Generally there are two tribes Black and White hat.
And education system meant to be the base of all systems becomes a hunting grounds for two tribes. This is a major fault in the whole system.
One hunts by ignorance. Another by exploitation.
By education system I don’t mean education minister. He is the most ignorant of all.
I mean simpleton student doing suicides. Do you know J K Rowling wrote Harry Potter in great depression. Don’t know why I am saying.
