Reincarnation of a human does happen. But there is delay.

Reincarnation of human. Reincarnation of animals not happens.
Why ?
They don’t have the consciousness to understand reincarnation.
They never become human. Only humans reincarnate.
Killing and eating an animal is ok but with your own hands. There fore halal. There is nothing like jhatka. Everything is halal. Halal saves the hunting time.
There are levels of humans also. Atleast 2.
Neanderthal and Homo sapiens. Homo sapiens eat less animals in volume. Neanderthal in numbers. So depending on which only homo sapiens reincarnate.
Depending on how brutally they were killed by most close one they reincarnate. Reincarnation is a choice because consciousness reincarnate.
If killed instantly some time is required to reincarnate.
If slowly it comes back instantly.
What is Time ?
In out in auto is time. Forced one is time travel. If reduced future. If increased past.
Do we have will ?
Only homo sapiens have will. If there is no time means in out process doesn’t lead anywhere. It’s just for the illusion of time.
It is homo sapiens consciousness that created everything. Homo sapiens reincarnate. It’s their job. Consciousness reincarnate. But in another body is useless.
Homo sapiens consciousness reincarnate. It is a process in time. Neanderthal’s don’t. It is a process in no time. Continuous but repeated like clock.
So there are two time. Only homo sapiens can differentiate. Yes there is a sharp devide. Only that makes us conscious. We differentiate real image and reflected image. Inward and outward attention. Animals have only outwards.
Why consciousness want to reincarnate ?
There was no interval. All happened at the same time. Imagine unending phase.
When it DEVIDED into two time fixed and random interval. The repeated one had an advantage. Non monotonousness. Assumption is when this happened the distinction between material and non material happened.
So there were no homo sapiens in material form. Current ones are becoming neanderthal’s because They reincarnate but forget everything. If reincarnation in same body is possible why let repeated time period increase.
