1.) Contribute very little to India’s total power demand.
2.) So much paper work that all research goes into file work alone.
3.) Can’t take mobile inside in the age of chatgpt.
4.). Reasearch facilities could be made outside where phones are allowed.
5) Service job like plant operation can be handed to contractors or less qualified people.
6) The talent recruited is not utilised to even 50% of potential.
7) When clean energy is top priority of the world it is still not finished with Prototype fast breeder reactor.
8) Planning for nuclear energy is good but if not expedited cannot make India a leader in the technology. Nor will save the world vomitting CO2 like hoax.
9) Admin guys don’t know the full form of technical departments.
This one is not a problem but thought. Cold fusion is not yet achieved because of the energy requirement to overcome columb barrier at low temperature. Also a cold fusion that do work is muons based fusion but still not achievable without requiring much larger energy like for particle accelerators. I am not a nuclear physicist or chemist but may be columb barrier also suffers from expectation affecting the result problem. Just a thought.
I saw 100s of women CISF trainees in uniforms inside IGCAR on 8/10/25. All of them were wrapped with orange tank top type of cloth piece over their uniforms which had D written both in front and back along with cadet no I guess.
It makes me wonder- Is someone really reading my blog.
I did not miss NTPC because of the people but the machines. People were unbearable. But machines gave me energy by reciprocating. The closer I went to them the louder they ran and transfer their vibrations I guess or may be dimensions. Its better to give your human energy to them who were actually doing work than people who just assumed they were. They all thought they were correcting breakdowns. But what if I tell, you were the ones causing it then congratulating self by correcting it. No body was running the plant. It ran on its own. Not my but a blah blah’s dialog. Work = External energy – Change in internal energy. If External energy = Change in Internal Energy then work is zero. For ex- Electricity produced=Energy distributed just to township, not even local village. This is because Energy given to grid is converted to salary.
